Cloud in India recognises its responsibility to the environment goes beyond legal and regulatory obligations. We are committed to minimising our environmental impact and continuously enhancing our environmental performance as a core part of our business strategy and operations. We also encourage our customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to adopt sustainable practices.

1. Responsibility
Cloud in India is accountable for implementing this environmental policy. However, all employees are responsible within their roles for supporting the aims and objectives of this policy.

2. Policy Objectives
We aim to:
Comply with all applicable environmental regulations
Continuously monitor and improve environmental performance
Minimise our environmental footprint
Integrate environmental considerations into business decision-making

3. Paper & Packaging
We will:
Eliminate unnecessary paper usage wherever possible
Reduce packaging and materials usage
Prioritise recycled and recyclable products when purchasing

4. Energy & Water
We will strive to:
Reduce energy consumption wherever possible
Consider energy efficiency when selecting new products or equipment
Minimise water usage and optimise water efficiency

5. Office Supplies
We will:
Assess whether needs can be met without purchasing new items
Consider renting, sharing, or alternative solutions before buying
Evaluate the environmental impact of any new products
Reuse and recycle materials wherever possible

6. Transportation
We will:
Limit travel to essential trips only
Promote alternatives such as email, video, or phone conferencing
Support employees who use public transport, cycling, or other sustainable options
Prefer environmentally friendly vehicles and maintain them to ensure efficiency

7. Monitoring & Improvement
We will:
Comply with all relevant environmental regulations
Continuously monitor and improve environmental performance
Reduce environmental impacts wherever possible
Raise employee awareness through training and communication
Review this policy and related business practices in monthly management meetings

8. Culture & Engagement
We will:
Update this policy at least annually, consulting staff and stakeholders as needed
Provide staff with relevant environmental training
Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to improve their environmental performance
